Ian Fletcher

Conference Speaker

Androulla is responsible for driving the development of the Baker Tilly network’s global tax strategy.

She monitors the issues that affect the network’s clients and ensures the network is evolving to manage clients’ needs. From changes in legislation to advances in technology, Androulla works directly with member firms to lead and direct the tax service line through the changing landscape of tax services. Androulla’s key areas of interest include Tax Digitalisation and the Tax Professional of the Future. She is an experienced lecturer and public speaker on a variety of areas that concern the evolution of tax services and how tax departments should react to future proof their business.

Androulla trained as an auditor and upon qualification joined Kaplan Financial as an ICAEW tutor specialising in the tax and business strategy papers. After almost ten years Androulla left academia and re-joined practice as tax development manager at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, Baker Tilly’s UK member firm. She was shortlisted for a Tolley’s Taxation Award and Women in Finance Award in 2017, quickly progressed to Tax Director and then Head of Tax for the Baker Tilly network in 2019.

Gordon Gilchrist

Nikki joined Ad Valorem in 2004 after a successful career in a fast-growing recruitment company, where she became a director at 24. Nikki is responsible for the operational and strategic direction of Ad Valorem.

She has transformed the practice into an award-winning organisation for forward thinking businesses and other accountancy practices through collaborations. As a result of this, Nikki was recognised in the Top 50 Women in Accounting 2018, one of only 3 from the UK!

Della Hudson

Conference Speaker

Della Hudson qualified as a Chartered Accountant in practice in 1994 and spent most of her career in industry. Following the birth of her children, Della Set up Hudson Business Accountants and Advisers which, with the help of cloud technology, soon grew from the kitchen table to a small team working from independent premises.

In 2017 Della sold her accountancy practice to focus on speaking, writing and consulting for owners of accountancy and other businesses.

Aynsley is a chartered accountant and CEO of The Clarity Project, a new technology startup that is giving small businesses the power to take back control of and manage their own data.

Using blockchain, the platform will enable them to access finance and early stage funding and investment, whilst giving the business owners unique insights into their business performance and growth potential.

Aynsley is a regular keynote speaker, author and is also the founder of a multi- award winning accounting firm, a fintech accounting startup and board member of The Cyber Trust.

Darrell is Head of Partnership Development at Continuum. Darrell has held many senior corporate roles focussing on strategy & distribution, having developed and run Wealth Management divisions in the UK and the Middle East.

At Continuum, Darrell leads the growth and development of the accountancy partnerships that the firm has across the UK, through the joint venture with 2020 Innovation, providing wealth management and mortgage solutions to the accountancy practices.
