Covid-19 Status – FAQ’s

To ensure the safety and comfort of all delegates at the 2020 Annual Conference, we are following government guidance and asking all delegates to show evidence of their negative COVID Status.

Please be ready to show proof of your COVID Status when you arrive. We will be using the NHS app for this, details of how to do this are set out below. This is NOT the NHS Covid-19 Track and Trace app you use to check into venues.

All delegates will be required to provide either:

  • An NHS COVID Pass – available through the NHS App, the NHS website, or as a letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119. Delegates are able to show the Pass on their mobile or print a copy in advance, OR
  • A Negative Lateral Flow Test Result – This is the appropriate section for those who have not had 2 doses of the vaccine at least 14 days before your arrival at the event.

You can order a free Lateral Flow Test to be delivered to your home or pick one up from a nearby location. Take your test no more than 48 hours before you intend to arrive on 17th November. You will then need to report your result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.

Please show a copy of your negative test result on entry to the conference.

Although the process is quite simple, attending larger scale conferences may be new to many of us, so we’ve broken it down as clearly as we can in the FAQs below.
We look forward to seeing you at the event.
